💎You can be soft without being weak.

💎You can listen without taking advice.

💎You can show up without knocking people over.

💎You can be heard without yelling.

💎You can be loved before you are healed.

💎You can witness without fixing.

💎You can be supported without being judged.

💎And you can be transformed by simply changing your mind.

 

You must protect your energy.

This is your magical gift from source.
This is what makes up the parts of you that move mountains and make your life just so.

It is imperative that you treat it like the vital, sacred, life shaking, dream making gold that it is and be very careful who you give it to, allow near it and how you use it.

Not everyone understands the magnitude your energy holds because they don’t even understand their own yet.

There are many folks wandering this earth abusing themselves, stifling their gifts and misusing their power.

They cannot help but abuse yours. And if you let that destruction in, it will poison what you’ve created.

It’s up to you to take the necessary precautions to protect your own gifts and energy.

Allow others the miracle of healing without being saved. Let them come to their own conclusions and trust that when they are ready, they too will soar and in turn respect their assets.

Not enough people understand that they are a beautiful masterpiece; so deliciously rare and created with so much purpose. So much power.

It is not your job to let everyone in, most particularly people who don’t respect your gifts or cherish you.

Be fierce with your boundaries and create an untouchable kingdom where you and your most loved and kindred spirits can be free.

The focus should never be on how to keep people out but rather how to increase the goodness that is already within.

And, sometimes, that means checking people’s tickets at the gate.

You are not for everyone all of the time.

Don’t be afraid to turn people away when they don’t represent the values, love, respect and energy that you live by.

 

Because I trust myself:
I know when to walk away from something/ someone that is starving me.

Because I trust myself:
I understand what it means to listen to my gut and that I will never lead myself astray.

Because I trust myself:
I show up unapologetically and own my desires.

Because I trust myself:
I let my love pour out of me with conviction.

Because I trust myself:
I know that my kindness has nothing to do with weakness and everything to do with ferocity.

Because I trust myself:
I feel safe to be myself.

 

Don’t worry about how long it’s taking to catch your dreams.

Don’t worry about making sure everything is perfect before you start.

You don’t need to know how it’s going to work out or calculate all of the results.

Your biggest and most badass job is to simply decide what you want, why you want it and then throw yourself at it with everything you got.

You are not here to decide HOW.

That is truly none of your business.

Leave that up to the #universe.

Your job is to desire, decide, align, remove obstacles and to #nevergiveup.

That’s it. You’re off the hook for everything else.

So dream the biggest most ridiculous dream that you have.

Take the first step and then the next step.

Don’t get caught up in step # 88 when you are only needing step # 3 today.

One foot in front of the last, one more breath, one more idea, one more connection, putting your ass in front of whatever path you choose, asking as many questions as possible, reading as many books as possible, believing that it is all possible!

That’s how dreams are won.

That’s how goals are conquered.

That’s how hearts are healed.

So, worry about the next step. The rest is on its way.

 

 

There is always room for kindness, for compassion and for doing the thing that feels like it aligns with your heart the most.

So many people are at a loss of what their lives should be about: what they should do, who they should love, how everything is supposed to work out.

They spin and spin down a million rabbit holes only to discover that the more they chase, the further away their dreams get.

In these times of helplessness, I have found that one of the quickest ways back to solid ground is to give.

Give away what you cherish the most:

Your love
Your attention
Your energy
Your kindness
Your compassion
Your understanding
Your forgiveness
Your laughter
Your presence
Your joy
Your abundance
Your opportunity
Your grace
Your healing

Help up, lift up, rise up….

Show someone else something that helped you. Be a guide. Be a shelter. Be a beacon of light.

Take your attention away from what you think you are missing and instead allow someone else the gift of being found, of being seen, of being helped.

This is how you find yourself – by losing yourself in the service of another.

 

I hope that there will come a time where you choose to recover from the painful experiences you have gone through.

A moment where you decide that you are no longer willing to carry the burdens of your past so that you can free your hands to welcome the promise of your future.

I wish that you come to know the ocean of forgiveness that has come to wash you whole again and reclaim the beauty of who you are so that you may understand that it isn’t something you give to someone else but rather the greatest freedom you can allow for yourself.

May you be gifted with the power of your willingness to heal and the courage to try again.

 

Your willingness to wait is causing you suffering.

Patience is a virtue until it is a crutch.

Waiting for things to finally come together on goals you have planned for, worked for or attempted to succeed at are where your patience will pay off.

That’s not what I’m talking about here.

I’m talking about those of you who are perpetually waiting for the right time to even begin.

Or even more painful: those so crippled with fear to even begin to dream about their dreams that they continue to live the same day over and over and over never getting any closer to what they want.

This year looks like last year looks like next year.

The only way to ease this suffering is to rebel against your fears and DO. Take action on something.

It doesn’t have to be huge it just has to move you forward.

Take the class, apply for the job, join the gym, take yourself out on dates, start a meditation practice, begin to volunteer, work on your self esteem, book the trip, ask him out, tell her she’s gorgeous, surprise someone, take a different route home, stop settling, say no more often, let yourself cry, plan your goals, buy the car, get the makeover, read the books, speak up, raise your hand, say yes to life and fully show up for whatever “thing” you want that you shy away from.

Indulge in the calls of your soul.

We need you here, showing up,
Over and over again, ready to DO the things you’ve always wanted.

Your heart needs to be all the way on fire, you can be scared and your palms can be sweaty but you need to trust that in your doing, in your action, in your momentum… that’s where you come alive the most.

That’s where you pass the threshold of fear and slide right into possible.

You prove it to yourself. Because you suddenly have evidence of your strength and your power and your resiliency.

Please don’t take my word for it.

Do it.

 

Ladies, please stop believing that your life isn’t complete until you find a man/woman/partner or get married.

There are way too many married people falling apart because they didn’t get their shit together first.

You can have a completely stunning and gorgeous full life as a single/unmarried woman.

Do what you want.

Love who you want.

Love yourself.

Be completely full in your own company.

And if you find someone that you absolutely cannot live without and decide to join lives with them, then you get twice the love, twice the fulfillment, twice the heart.

None of this other half nonsense. Go for the FULLNESS.

Add a whole human to your whole life and love them with your whole self.

Or don’t.

Keep doing you and loving you and working on your own passions.

There is nothing better waiting outside of the glory of who you already are.

Fall in love with your life right now.

You don’t need rescuing.

You have already arrived.

Save yourself.

 

The great illusion is that you think you have to do without in order to have what you want and so you keep your bullshit story.

You think you need to lose out if you want to reach for something that serves you.

You believe that if you stay in your lane, don’t ruffle feathers, don’t ask too much of the world and ignore your inner calling, that you will be rewarded for your obedience.

And so you keep telling yourself the same old same old in an effort to distract yourself from the fact that you don’t have what you want and that your life looks a helluva lot different than you hoped it would.

You know the story you repeat where you can’t have everything you want?

The one where you’ve gotta work your ass off everyday so that when you’re old and incapable of doing many of the things you want to be doing now, you can stop working and “retire” from a life you didn’t want to be living while you were living it.

The excuse you make for working at a job that is killing you. A job that does nothing for your soul and everything to keep you compliant.

But why would anyone do that? You might ask.

Because somewhere along the line people shove down our throats that it is safer to follow someone else than it is to follow our intuition.

That somehow “they” know what they are doing far better than you and that by listening to yourself you will be led astray.

You become convinced that somehow someone else knows better than you what fuels YOUR desires, what talents YOU have, what infinite ways YOU have to serve, how deep YOUR passion runs and that the world is rigged in YOUR favour.

But still you shrink and settle and stay small and let fear consume you because you believe them. Because you don’t want to ruffle feathers or step out of place or take up too much space.

That wouldn’t be very obedient now would it?

The crutches you lean on restrict your freedoms and make sure you never get too carried away fighting for your dreams.

You eat up the farce that making money is hard, being fulfilled is a pipe dream and that romance is dead.

The limitations you place on your happiness, your success, your worthiness – all because you believe that it is only possible for “them” to achieve their dreams and not you.

Why not you?

Why can’t you create something that fulfills you? Or work with a company that aligns with your vision of happiness and success?

Why is it so hard to believe that you are incredible and talented and that someone could fall madly in love with you?

When did you stop believe in your magnificence?

Why do you volunteer for grueling when you could opt for ease and alignment?

When did you start buying into the lie that you are hard to love, that you aren’t worth it and that everything you have ever wanted is beyond your reach?

How can you be convinced that it’s all lies and that the only thing you need to give up in order to have what you want is this bullshit story you keep repeating?

Better yet, how can you convince yourself?

Because, the truth is, you don’t need another person to set you free from the chains you hold keys for.

 

The miracles are often birthed in the quiet moments.
The determination to keep going when you’ve failed again.
The times you decide to love again even though your heart has scars.
The way you show up dutifully to help those you love.
The early mornings when you work on your dreams while the world sleeps.
The moment you decide to strive for more.

The not so glamorous times where you show up again and again…regardless of the odds and bet on it all working out.

That’s the miracle.
